Browse our website by checking our many categories or by searching for the type of products you are interested in with our handy search bar at the top of our page.
After selecting a product you would like to buy, simply click on its “Add to Cart” button.
When you are done shopping, proceed to payment by clicking "Cart” at the upper right hand side. Click on “Checkout” to fill in shipping, billing and payment information. Review your details and confirm your payment to complete placing your order.

For Gemstones, Diamonds, Customize, Jewelry, Mountings and Bridal Collection:

These collections cannot be added to Cart directly. It has to be added to "Quote". Once you have selected an items in the above mentioned collections, simply click the "My Quote" button on top just next to the "bag icon". Fill in the required information and we will get back to you as soon as possible so as to fulfill the order.

How do I modify my order?

To cancel or modify your order, please kindly contact us at info@babagemsrilanka.com with your order number and name. We will try our best to help you cancel or modify your order as long as your order hasn’t been shipped out yet.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your orders by clicking on “Track your order” located at the bottom left hand corner. To track your items, enter the tracking number that was  provided to you via email on dispatch.

Can I extend the use of an expired coupon code?

What is BABA GEMS ONLINE's return policy?

We want all our customers to be satisfied, so we offer a 14-day 100% satisfaction guarantee return and exchange policy. What is the procedure for return?

After contacting us with your details, we will guide you through the rest of the exchange and return process. We would require that you send the order back to us for inspection via registered airmail, after which we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or for a full refund of your order to be made back to you depending on your request.
